Here at Condor Limousine, offering the best service to our clients is our main
concern. We understand that timetables and unexpected circumstances are not
always manageable. Therefore, as the client is entitled to alter the trip in
any matter, and in order to keep our highest quality service, there are certain
terms and conditions that apply and they are described as followed.
Terms And Conditions
On-Line Reservations
For an accurate result, expect a confirming call within 30 minutes. Otherwise,
please be assured of contacting our office for confirmation.
Cancellations or Modifications
Rearrangements of any kind need to be made one hour prior to pick-up time in
Fairfield County, and two hours prior to pick-up time at airports or out of the
Fairfield County area.
No Shows and cancellations will be charged accordingly.
Hourly Service
When soliciting a trip under an hourly rate, charges will apply from the time
the vehicle leaves the base in Rowayton, CT., until it returns.
Wait & Return trips have a 3-hour minimum charge in Fairfield County and a
5-hour minimum out of that area.
Airport arrivals
Our staff monitors flights schedules 24 hours a day making sure that the
vehicle will be in location on time when your flight lands.
It is our responsibility to dispatch the vehicle with the necessary time ahead
to get to the airport and meet the client at arrival time. If the flight was to
be delayed during that period our chauffeur will remain in location waiting for
the passenger, or until we are ask to dismiss the vehicle. In this case, the
rate would include trip from the airport to base, plus time, tolls and parking
fees if apply.
If failure at meeting our chauffeur, please, DO NOT LEAVE, contact our office
and our office and our staff will assist you. If contact has not been made with
the customer, the chauffeur will be released 1 hour after the flight arrived.
Curbside Pick-up
This option is convenient when arriving at the airport without luggage, or
simply to save time walking to the parking lot, and to avoid parking fees.
Waiting Time
In Point-to-Point trips there will be no extra charges until the first 15 min.
are passed. If so, waiting time will begin from the arranged pick-up time, and
will add-up every 15 minutes.
In case of requested stops that would take longer than 10 min., waiting time
charges will apply.
At the airport, waiting time will begin from moment the airplane was supposed
to arrive at the time we dispatch the car, until the vehicle had leave the
parking lot.

Stops
The clients can request one or several stops, if necessary, during
point-to-point trips. Stop fees will be charged according to the location and
the time the stop requires. Please note that if the vehicle needs to make
significant detours, diverse fees might apply.
Certain trips may require additional fees, such as:
Lower Manhattan (below 23rd St)
Overnight (between 12 am and 5 am)
Holiday’s fees
